Information / Guidelines

The artisan market will be held in May, June, September, October and November, 2018.  See below for dates.  The hours are 9am-4pm. 

These events will be outside – rain or shine.Sale items may include homemade, handmade, vintage, or baked items.  No yard sale items or direct sales permitted (Scentsy, Origami Owl, etc.).

​Cost for each event is $30 per 12 x 12 space.  Vendors are required to stay for the duration of the event; tear down is not allowed until 4pm. 

Vendors must provide all set up materials (tables, chairs, tents, etc.) and are responsible for cleaning his or her designated area prior to departure. Weights/stakes are advised to hold your tent in place.

​Registration form and payment must be received two (2) weeks before the event to secure your space.  You will be notified by email once your space has been confirmed. Vendors may not sell or sublet his or her space. 

​The gates will be open for set up the day of the Market between the hours of 7:00am-8:30am.  Special considerations for early set up will be handled on a case by case basis.  Set up at your own discretion. 

Summerseat is not liable for any damaged or stolen property. Please note this is an outdoor farm venue.  Wi-Fi and electric are not available. Vendors must park their vehicles and trailers in the designated parking spots. Vendors must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during the event.  Those not adhering to this guideline may be asked to leave.

Registration and payment deadline for all shows is two (2) weeks before the show dates.

No refunds will be given for cancellations or failure to show up. Rain or shine show will go on.
