David has won the Chris Austin

Songwriting Contest out of Nashville and

his songs have been recorded by

world-renowned artists of

exceptional stature, Blue Highway,

the Seldom Scene, ThIrd Tyme Out,

Larry Sparks and others.

Regarding his band, Mr. Norris

writes, “The Long Time Friends

are just that,

people I’ve known and had the

pleasure of playing around

for many years,

Jim Frazier on guitar,

Sue Tice on fiddle,

George Henderson on bass and

drummer extraordinaire Shaun Chesney.”

The Music’s Beat is at Summerseat

will feature two of our fine local

bands, to include Franklin Square.

Come join the fun on Saturday, July 18th.

Gates open at 2 pm.  Concert begins at 4 pm.
