Rental Fee Schedule:

INFORMATION:
The rental time designated on the contract is the only time the facility and grounds are available for use; the time includes an hour rehearsal and all set-up and clean-up. The rental fee includes use of the main first floor of the Manor House, including the Bridal Suite at the back of the house and the Groom’s Quarters on the second floor (for weddings only), and the grounds immediately surrounding the Manor House. A staff volunteer will be on-site.
