Meetings:  Summerseat meetings are open to the public.  We meet monthly in the Summereat Manor House on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7 pm.  All are welcome to attend!

Directions to Summerseat from the Washington Beltway & Rte. 4 (Calvert County):

• Take Rte. 4 south through Upper Marlboro and Prince Frederick, toward Solomon's Island.
• Just before entering Solomon's Island, remain on Rte. 4 as it passes onto the Governor Thomas Johnson bridge to St. Mary's County.
• At first major intersection and traffic light (Three Notch Rd./Rte. 235) turn right/north.
• Take Route 235 north through Hollywood, and continue through the flashing yellow light at Loveville Road/Rte. 247.
• Get over into the left lane and do a u-turn at first break in the median barrier.
• Heading south, get over into right lane ASAP.
• At the small "Summerseat" sign near mailbox, turn right into Summerseat's entrance, 1/4 mile before the flashing yellow light at Loveville Rd./Rte. 247.

Directions to Summerseat from the Washington Beltway & Rte.5 (Waldorf):

• Take Branch Avenue/Rte. 5 south toward Waldorf.
• Just north of Waldorf (after the WAWA), follow Rte. 5 as it turns left (towards Leonardtown) onto Mattawoman-Beantown Rd./Rte. 5.
• Turn left onto Leonardtown Rd./Rte. 5, passing through Hughesville, Charlotte Hall, Mechanicsville; continue going straight at the Rte. 5/Rte. 235 split where the road becomes Rte. 235, and finally pass through Oraville and Laurel Grove.
• After passing John Baggett Park on the right, continue south another 1/2 mile.
• At the small "Summerseat" sign near the mailbox, turn right into Summerseat's entrance, 1/4 mile before the flashing yellow light at Loveville Rd./Rte. 247.
